Venture Capital investing has seen significant changes in the last half of 2022, including 30% -50% drops in overall funding quarter over quarter in the 2nd and 3rd quarters of 2022.  With a global recession looming, and fundraising significantly down, what does the investment outlook for 2023 look like?  Are we experiencing a downward trend or a “new normal”?
